Interactive LCD Soft Keys:
- The function of each soft key will change based upon the current state of the phone.
- The phone shall have a set of 3 navigation keys (up, down, select) for scrolling through and selecting displayed information.
Programmable Buttons:
- Four (4) appearance buttons are programmable to meet individual customers needs. These buttons may be used for any desired set of line appearance, call appearance, DSS/BLF or Speed Dial capabilities.
- Each button has an associated indicator, supporting the following colors: red, green and amber.
Fixed Feature Buttons:
The 9204G supports a set of pre-labeled feature buttons that are intended for easy and consistent access to commonly used functions. These are Hold, Transfer, Conference, Messages, Intercom, Release, Mute/DND, Info, Park and Speaker.
Wide band Audio Codec Specifications:
ITU-T G.711 (both μ-law and A-law) including the support for G.711 missing packet concealment annex.
ITU-T G.729A+B (both A and A+B modes).
ITU-T G.722 for 16-Khz wideband audio.
Gigabit Ethernet:
The phone complies with IEEE Std. 802.3, including the following interface standard Clauses 36, 37, and 40, 1000BASE-T “Gigabit Ethernet”, Clauses 24 & 25, 100BASE-Tx “Fast Ethernet” and Clause 14, 10BASE-T “Ethernet” in an auto-sense and detects fashion for both speeds and duplex. The phone also has a second Ethernet Interface for LAN daisy chaining a PC or network behind the IP phone.
